Refund and Cancellation Policy

This policy explains cancellations and refunds for paid plans on omrsheetmaker.in/.

Cancellation

You can cancel auto-renewal at any time from your account. When you cancel, you keep Pro access until the end of your current billing period; you will not be charged again. For Instamojo (managed-renewal) plans, simply do not pay the renewal link and your plan will lapse at period end.

Refunds

Because this is a digital service with immediate access, fees are generally non-refundable once a billing period has started. However, we want you to be satisfied:

• If you were charged in error or charged twice, contact us and we will refund the incorrect charge.
• If you experience a technical problem that prevents you from using a Pro feature and we cannot resolve it within a reasonable time, you may request a pro-rata refund for the affected period.
• New subscribers may request a refund within [7] days of their first Pro payment if they have not substantially used Pro features.

How to request

Email patelakshay0126@gmail.com with your registered email and payment reference. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank and the payment gateway.

Free trial

The free trial is free; no charge is made during the trial, so no refund applies. You will only be charged if you choose to subscribe.
