What this does
The Generate tool creates a print-ready OMR (Optical Mark Recognition) answer sheet in seconds. Choose the number of questions, from a handful up to 500, pick 2 to 5 options per question, and set how many digits the roll-number bubble grid should use. Sheets are generated in pink by default, the market-standard colour used across most banking, SSC, teacher-recruitment and school/board OMR exams, and you can switch to a classic black & white sheet with one click before downloading. You can add your institute's name and logo, print custom instructions for students, and produce multiple booklet sets such as A, B, C and D to reduce copying during an exam. Once everything is configured, download the sheet as a print-ready A4 PDF or as an editable Word document that opens in Microsoft Word, LibreOffice or Google Docs, with no design software needed.
Who it’s for
This page is for anyone who needs printed MCQ answer sheets for a test, exam or assessment: school and college teachers setting a unit test, coaching institute staff preparing a mock exam, corporate trainers running a certification quiz, or exam cells organising a large entrance test across many rooms. It works just as well for a single teacher generating one 50-question sheet for a class as for an institute printing thousands of 100-question sheets with booklet sets and roll-number grids for a competitive exam. If you currently design OMR sheets by hand or pay for dedicated OMR software, this tool replaces that step, for free.
Frequently asked questions
How many questions can one OMR sheet hold?
A single sheet supports up to 500 questions, automatically laid out across multiple columns and pages. Roughly 90 to 100 questions fit comfortably on one A4 page in the default layout.
Why is the OMR sheet pink, and can I change it?
Pink is the market-standard sheet colour for OMR exams in many sectors, including banking, SSC, teacher-recruitment and school/board exams, so it is selected by default. Use the "Sheet colour" picker above the form to switch to a classic black & white sheet whenever you prefer it, and your choice applies to both the live preview and the downloaded PDF/Word file.
Can I add my institute's logo and print multiple booklet sets?
Yes. Upload a JPG or PNG logo and it prints in the sheet header, and you can generate labelled booklet sets, for example A, B, C, D, to reduce copying in the exam hall.
Do I need to create an account to generate a sheet?
No. Generating and downloading a sheet as PDF or Word works without signing up. A free account only adds the ability to save your settings as a reusable template and view your generation history later.
