A worth-stating clarification upfront: this download is a NEET-pattern practice sheet built to match the real exam’s structure, not a document issued by or sourced from NTA. Its job is to make the actual sheet format completely familiar before you see it for real.

The NEET Format This Sheet Mirrors

NEET UG’s question paper has 200 total questions across four subjects — Physics, Chemistry, Botany, and Zoology — but you only need to attempt 180 of them:

• Each subject is split into Section A (35 questions, all compulsory) and Section B (15 questions, attempt only 10) — the 5 you skip in Section B are simply left blank.
• Marking scheme: +4 for a correct answer, −1 for an incorrect one, 0 for a skipped question.
• Total marks: 720, across a 200-minute (3 hour 20 minute) exam.
• Exam mode: offline, pen-and-paper, filled directly on a physical OMR sheet — no digital or CBT option.

Because Section B gives you a genuine choice (answer any 10 of 15), part of what you’re practicing isn’t just bubbling speed — it’s deciding early which 5 questions per subject to skip and moving on without hesitating.

Filling It the Way NEET Actually Requires

NEET is specific about how the real sheet gets filled, and it’s worth practicing these exact habits rather than generic bubbling technique:

Use a black or blue ballpoint pen — check your specific year’s admit card/information bulletin, since NTA has specified either at different points; pencils are not accepted on the real exam.

Darken the bubble fully and only once. A double mark on any question — even an accidental stray dot near a second option — can void that question entirely, at real cost of 4 marks you’d have otherwise earned.

Leave skipped Section B questions genuinely blank, don’t mark a guess “just in case.” An incorrect guess costs you a full mark under the −1 penalty; a blank answer costs nothing.

Don’t try to correct a mark once made. There’s no clean way to erase pen on an OMR sheet — decide, then mark, rather than marking tentatively and planning to fix it.
