These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the website omrsheetmaker.in/ and the OMR Sheet Maker service (“Service”), operated by [LEGAL ENTITY NAME], [REGISTERED ADDRESS] (“we”, “us”, “our”). By accessing or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. The Service

OMR Sheet Maker lets you generate printable OMR answer sheets, upload questions and answer keys, and grade multiple-choice responses. Some features are free and others require a paid subscription (“Pro”).

2. Accounts

To access certain features you must create an account and verify your email. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and be at least 18 years old, or use the Service under the supervision of a parent, guardian or institution.

3. Free trial

We may offer a free trial of Pro features. Trials are limited to one per verified email address. We may modify or withdraw trial offers at any time.

4. Subscriptions, billing and renewals

Paid plans are billed through our payment partners (Razorpay and/or Instamojo). Auto-renewing subscriptions continue until cancelled. Where auto-debit is not available, renewals are completed by you through a payment link we send before the renewal date. Prices are shown on our Pricing page and may change with notice for future billing periods.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including by attempting to breach security, reverse engineer the Service, resell it without authorisation, upload unlawful content, or use it to infringe any third party’s rights.

6. Intellectual property

The Service, its software and its branding are owned by us or our licensors. Content you create (such as your sheets and answer keys) remains yours; you grant us a limited licence to process it solely to provide the Service.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Automatic scanning and grading depend on scan quality and correct settings; you are responsible for verifying results before relying on them for any assessment.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time and cancel auto-renewal from your account.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of [CITY, STATE].
